Looking to Chart a New Course?

Raider Sailing invites 4–5 combat veterans from the same squad or section to join us for one of our upcoming multi-day sailing expeditions. These trips are designed to foster reconnection, trust, and shared healing — all while learning the fundamentals of sailing together on open water.

Each trip is fully funded by Raider Sailing and includes:

  • A multi-day sailing journey led by experienced captains

  • All meals, gear, and accommodations aboard

  • Time to reflect, decompress, and reconnect as a team

  • Space to process in the company of those who understand

Who is the Ideal Participant?

The Raider Sailing Foundation program is currently for Post-9/11 combat veterans who find themselves, sometimes years beyond active duty, struggling to recapture the mysterious missing pieces of fulfillment and purpose so ubiquitous in a theater of war but often lacking in the civilian world.

Common voids include connections with the peers they served with, challenging environments with problems that need rapid solutions, and contributing to close-knit teams that rely on each other.

Eligibility:

  • Combat veterans who served in the same unit (ideally same squad or section)

  • At least one person in the group should take the lead in registering your team

  • No sailing experience required — just a willingness to show up for one another

We have a very limited number of spots and are still in the process of scheduling future trips. If a spot opens up, we will reach out to those who indicate interest and are the best fit for the program.

How to Sign Up:

  1. Coordinate with 3–4 teammates from your unit

  2. Choose your preferred trip dates

  3. Complete the interest form below
